There is a delivery charge for UK orders, unless stated otherwise due to promotions. We process our UK Orders via Royal Mail. We endeavour to deliver your goods within 3-4 working days after your payment has been processed.
Delays in delivery due to issues relating to Royal Mail are outside of our control, including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service. We aim to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.
Our International orders are normally shipped via Airmail to the destination country and then via your local postal service. European orders normally arrive within 5-7. Postal delays are outside our control and parcels might take slightly longer to arrive.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays). All orders placed before 3pm are despatched that day. If your order is placed after 3pm it will be despatched the next working day.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
